How to do
Boil the lamb.
(Reserve the broth to use in soups and pilaf) Remove meat around bones.
Grate the kashar cheese; mix it with milk and olive oil.
Coat the meats with corn flour first; then with milk with kashar and finally with salt added breadcrumbs.
Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
After keeping it in the fridge, place it on baking paper laid over the baking tray.
Bake it until golden brown at 200 degree preheat oven for 20 minutes or until brown. So crispy and good… Num numJ Bon Appetite!
You may substitute the egg for milk but milk helps marinade the meat.
The meat’s inside will be soft and the outside will be crispy.
