How to do

Grate the apple and the banana with a glass grater.
Place them in a small pan and cook for 15-20 seconds. (Just enough to let the juices come out.)
Transfer the mixture into a bowl ; sprinkle walnut and cinnamon on it.
Serve it tepid or cold. Bon appetite! My daughter loves this dessert :) It’s perfectly healthy and so delicious…

Tips

Don't cook the fruits for a very long time; stir it a few times when it begins to boil and then take it off the stove.
You should ground just enough walnut for the recipe. Because if you keep it grounded, harmful substances will start to produce, thus doctors don't recommend such use.

Warnings

Always consult your doctor about the foods you introduce your baby for the first time and follow the three-day waiting rule
Doctors’ opinion on the month to introduce walnut may vary.
Do not give walnut to babies before they turn 1 year old.

Keep in Mind

You may wheeze the walnut in a food processor or pound it in a muddler. My daughter prefers the one processed in a food processor as she finds the pounded ones a little bulky.
