How is apple cider vinegar is made?
2 kilos of organic apple are washed thoroughly.
Using a ceramic knife, the stems and skin is peeled off and seeds are scooped out.
(You should cut apple in chunks )
Put the apples in large jars.
Add clean water double the amount of apples in the jar.
(we may say scale is one to two)
Then add 2 tablespoons of homemade apple cider vinegar to the jars, if any.
If you don't have vinegar, add 4-5 chickpeas.
This is required for the fermentation process.
Cover the jars with cheesecloth and place the jars in a cabinet that does not receive light. Especially during the first days, stir it once a day.
In 4-5 weeks you will have liters of apple vinegar, strain it and store it in a cool place. Bon appetite!

Tips

When making apple cider vinegar at home, make sure that jars are not completely full.
Because during fermentation process the content may overflow.
Also you need to make sure that apple chunks don't float on water. You may use plastic barriers called vinegar wires for this purpose.
Apple vinegar is made from sweet apple.
You can use a wholesome apple without peeling the skin or removing the seeds and wooden spoon should be used when mixing the vinegar.

It helps reducing the mucus, prevents increase in bacterial reproduction and helps you avoid diseases in winter or at least recover easily.
People have been eating apple vinegar since B.C. 400 and its effects in preventing diseases and boosting immunity system is widely known.
It contains phosphor, magnesium, calcium, iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Vitamin B6.
Also it contains pectin and beta-carotene.
