How to do
Whisk the cream in blender for 5 minutes and when the oil starts to accumulate on top, add hot water and whisk it for 5 more minutes. When the oil is revealed, add a little cold water and whisk that small amount of oil without spreading it and wash the oil in a bowl filled with water, and separate it from ayran.
Depending on the amount of yogurt cream you use, whisking time may change. Just make sure that oil accumulates on top without falling apart.

Keep in Mind
If the butter is too much, you may add salt and store it for your own use, but stay away from salt when it comes to babies. Remaining ayran may be poured into a pot and boiled and by adding 1 scoop of yogurt, you will have a homemade whey cheese.
