We used flax seed oil in this recipe.
This oil is highly rich in omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9.
However there are some points that you should take into consideration.
First of all the flax seed oil should be made using cold press method and should be stored in the fridge and should never be heated.
So when you want to use this oil, never use it to cook.
If you don't have flax seed oil, you may use olive oil.
If your baby has already started eating finger food, you may spread it on bread and dip it in boiled vegetables.
