How to do
Cut the stems of the leek.
Cut it from the center vertically and wash it under the cold water.
Chop and sauté the leeks.
Add the potato and the chicken broth.
Boil them. Afterwards reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
When the leek and the potato is cooked, turn off the heat.
Blend it with a blender.
Add yogurt and serve.
