How to do

Boil the chickpeas and remove the skins afterwards.
Heat 1 or 2 cubes of beef broth (previously prepared and placed in the fridge) without bringing it to boil.
Add one teaspoon of olive oil, beef broth and the crumbs of the bread with wheat germ; process the mixture with a food processor.
The mash is ready to serve to your little gourmet.

Tips

You may remove the skins of chickpeas easily just by rubbing them in tepid water.
You may serve it with yogurt if you like…
