How to do

Boil the vegetables, rice and cracked wheat in a small amount of water.
Then thin it with a blender and add 1 dessertspoon of olive oil.
Adjust the consistency by adding boiled water.

Don't use too much water while cooking, because the soup will be thicker after it’s cooked and you can always adjust its consistency right before you serve it to your kids.
