How to do
Chop one quince and boil it until it is softened.
Mash it or prepare a puree with a blender.
Boil the water at room temperature with oatmeal.
After the oil, leave it on the stove for a little longer.
When the pudding reaches the desired consistency (a little watery maybe)
Leave aside for it to cool down; add the quince puree and a spoonful of molasses.
