How to do

Grate the apple with a glass grater.
Roast it in a pan until it is brown.
Add a spoon of semolina and stir it until it thickens.
When it achieves the consistency of a pudding, add a pinch of cinnamon and one dessertspoon of grounded walnut and serve it to your little ones.
