How to do
Bring the pot containing 750 ml water to boil.
Chop the onions and process them in the food processor.
Combine the rice, mince and onions; sprinkle some salt and gently roll between your hands to form little meatballs.
When the water boils, add the meatballs in. When they are about to cook - they will cook in a very short time since they are very small - add the noodles or pasta. Cut them in half if they are too long.
When the noodles are cooked, take the pot off the stove.
First add two spoons of yogurt to the bowl; then pour in the soup and sprinkle dry mint on it.
If you make the meatballs very tiny, you may give many meatballs to your baby in just one spoon.
This is a very healthy dish, suitable your baby after month 8. Your little gourmet will love it! Bon appetite! You may add various vegetables in it if you wish.
Since this soup is mixed with yogurt, it rapidly cools down when you are serving it so immediately serve it when it is cooked.
Always consult your doctor about the foods you introduce your baby for the first time and follow the three-day waiting rule.
