How to do

Add olive oil in a pan and sauté the grated carrots.
Chop the spinach finely, add it and continue sautéing.
Then add the water.
In another pan, brown the flour with olive oil until it changes color and then add cold milk (or water).
Whisk it to obtain a smooth mixture, add it to the soup and let it boil.
You may adjust the consistency of the soup by adding water.
So delicious and nutritious…
