How to do
Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil.
Add the tomato and sauté some more.
Chop the string beans, the chard and add them to the pot.
Add a glass of water and the cracked wheat.
Blend the mix in a food processor after it’s cooked.

If you wash the chard it with boiled water before adding it to the dish, you could diminish its astringent taste.
You may adjust its consistency the way you like; you may add some more water and make it more fluid if you like.
