How to do
Carve the zucchini.
Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil.
When the onions are cooked, add the mince and continue to sauté.
When the mince is done, add the rice.
Add only a small amount of water.
Finally add the mint and finely chopped parsley. Stuff the zucchini with this mixture.
Cook it at low heat with very little water.
