How to do
Add the water to a cooking pot and bring to boil.
Chop the chard, broccoli and carrot while the water boils.
Add the chopped vegetables into the boiling water.
In 2 minutes, as the soup begins to boil, add two handfuls of corn flour; stir continuously as you add it.
5 minutes later, add the cracked wheat, rice and the semolina.
When the soup is about to settle, add some olive oil.
Turn off the heat 2-3 minutes later.

Make sure that corn flour is sifted and stir it while adding it to the soup to prevent lump formation.
