How to do

Add the butter, olive oil and salt in boiling water. Pierce onion without cutting its stem and add it to the boiling water. Add garlic.
Add the carrot and continue to boil until carrots are tender.
Add the hand torn Swiss chards; the reason for using our hands to tear the Swiss chard is to avoid loss of vitamin.
Add the celery leaves.
Continue to boil and if you wish, add tomato in.
When the mixture has boiled enough, add the vermicelli.
Continue to boil for 5 more minutes.
Turn off the stove.
Season the soup with the thoroughly whisked egg yolk. Lovely! One of the best soups in town… Bon Appetite!

Warnings

Remove tomato and Swiss chard from the recipe for children under the age of 1.
Always consult your doctor about the foods you introduce your baby for the first time and follow the three-day waiting rule

Keep in Mind

It is not the right season for tomato, but I add it cause my child really loves it.
