How to do

First of all wash and peel of the medium sized zucchini.
Then grate it into the pan in which we will boil it.
Add 2 glasses of water and cook it at low heat.
When it fully absorbs the water, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and stir.
Wait a little for it to cool down; then mix it with yogurt and serve it to your little gourmet. Yummy and healthy…
